Blogmas day 24 - Christmas Eve Routine

Let me start by saying im really sorry that you havnt had day 20-23. Iv just been really busy and time has just crept up on me and before i know it its christmas eve where has December gone seriously.

On a better note i have just put up my Christmas Eve Routine on YouTube and with Youtube being as it is its not going in to subscription boxes and its still taking subscribers off me i dont know if its doing it to any one else. If you want to watch it il leave the link HERE

Blogmas day 19- What im grateful for this year

In December i think its very easy to get get wrapped up in christmas and as iv said before i hate how its become a competition between everyone if its not how many presents you get its competing with your neighbors for the best lights on the front of your house and so on. I think we forget what we are grateful for. 

Here are mine ...

1. I have a roof over my head
2. I have food in the house 
3. I have a family who love me 
4. I dont have many friends but the ones i do i couldn't ask for better 
5. I wake up every morning
6. I have my health 
7. I have my pets 
8. I have money - not a lot but it still enables me to buy what i need
9. A bed to sleep in
10. Being Safe 


You could be having the worse day ever but please remember that if you have all off these on the list or only a few someone who doesn't have any would be grateful for just one.

Blogmas day 18- My luxury Christmas wish list

This post is very overdue but everyone who is buying me presents iv already told them what i want this is if money was no object and i could have anything i want. 

1. Macbook 

I think this is a pretty standard thing to want for bloggers and youtubers. Im perfectly happy with my iPad for editing videos i want to point out. I just want one as my laptop is slowly dying.

2. Micheal Kors bag 

I have wanted one of these for about two years but i cannot justify spending over £100+ on a bag when mine are always on the floor of buses and cars and in the office at work. 

3. Mariel Metallic Pink Leather Shoulder bag 

Ever since Fleur showed this on her channel i have been in love its £145.00 for a small bag which to me is expensive but might not be to other people. Its metallic pink and im just in love.

4. Fujifilm X-A2 Camera 

As most of you know if you watch my videos i film on my Iphone which im fine with i love the camera quality the only issue i have with it is i only have a 16GB which if im filming more then one video means im having to completely delete all the apps on my phone which is a pain. I also dont like that you cant zoom in when using the front facing camera. I dont want a fancy camera like Zoella or Dan Howell this would do me just fine for videos and vlogging. It comes in at £249.99 which is still expensive but less expensive then a DSLR.

Blogmas day 17- My Fave non Christmas movies to watch at christmas

I have to admit i was stuck as to what do for day 17 but seeing as i was watching Madagascar while thinking of ideas i thought what other movies i tend to watch at christmas that are not christmas movies most i just watch on the tv others i have the dvds for.

1. Madagascar

Seeing as im watching this it seemed right to include this i love the whole madagascar triolgy and while looking up a picture to put in here iv found out that madagascar 4 is coming out in 2018.

2. Wallace and Gromit

Is it really christmas with out watching at least one Wallace and Gromit my personal Fave is the wrong trousers. 

3. Shrek

Love me a bit of Shrek its a feel good movie and a good one to put on in the bacground if youve seen it before and can reciite it word for word.

4. Any Harry potter movie

I feel like these are always on either sky or itv in the uk dont know about anywhere else but for the uk its always on those two channels.

Blogmas Day 16 - Best Gifts For Bloggers

Iv wanted to do this post for a while but for a long time i havn't classed myself as a blogger because i dont do this full time but then i came to realize that i am a blogger anyone is a blogger who sets up there own site and blogs from time to time. This post is a little later then what i wanted but i wanted to make sure that everything on this list was perfect for a blogger (: 

1. A orgainser or dairy

 is a must to help keep you orgainsed not just for blogging but everyday life i love the golf kraft one from paperchase i had one this year and i dont know how i ever stayed orgainsed with out it. It had a calender at the start of every month and a week on two pages i feel like im not describing it well i would show mine but it has personal stuff in that i dont want on the internet lol the link to buy it is Here i would not be with out mine. 

2. A Portable charger 

As many bloggers take photos on there phone me included your battery isnt going to cooperate with you and will ultimatly die when you need it the most. I always keep mine in my bag ok so not always charged but the thoughts there lol. I bought mine from poundworld yes you heard me right it will only charge your phone up to 60% and only once but it works for me. If you need one that will charge to 100% and will charge it more then once then i would recommend the anker one its loved by youtubers and bloggers you can find it Here

3.  Blog Related Art Work 

chances are most bloggers always take photos in front of art work or flat lays or something like that so art work will go down really well (: i personally love the ones from Dorkface i find myself on her etsy shop most nights iv never bought anything myself as i end up putting everything in my basket and thats not good for my bank account  she doesnt just do art work she does stickers that you can put on your laptop or in your planner and its all really good prices for high quality stuff- shes also a fellow blogger (: check her shop out Here

4. Selfie Light 

These are so much cheaper and easier to travel with then soft boxes and the best part is you just clip it on your phone or camera and you have instant light. I know cameras and phones have flashes but sometimes you get flash back and it ruins your pictures and you can get ones that arnt expensive like this One from ebay for £8.99 

5. Business Cards 

These are a fantastic gift but make sure you know what desgin and what they want on them otherwise youve spent all that money for nothing lol im not going to link a card site as im sure you all know which card place you like the best.

Blogmas Day 15 - Christmas Decoration Haul Video

Its been a hot minute since i uploaded on my YouTube and i wont bore you with excuses and reasons why iv been absent on YouTube just know that im going to start taking my channel seriously while im off and get so many videos pre filmed that if for some reason im to busy to make a video my channel will not go quite for 3/4 months like it has been doing. 

Since i have been absent for a while my subscribers have dropped which is understandable and my new video isn't doing as well which again is understandable. I also know that there was a YouTube glitch and maybe thats the reason why im losing subscribers but in my heart i know its because i dont upload unless my subscribers come back then i know it was because of the glitch but anyway Im going to leave a link for my new video and if any of you reading this want to help me out and subscribe and watch my video i would be very grateful (: My Video

Blogmas day 14 - Why i wont order from TAM beauty again

On black Friday i placed a order with Makeup Revolution aka Tam Beauty as its now called the delivery was a little slow but that can be expected as they would of had tones of orders to complete. When i received my 1 of 2 order i got a free gift as a apology for how late my order was which was really nice off them and totally unexpected. see photo below. 

Fast Forward about 2 weeks and i still haven't received my second parcel from them and no reason as to why.

I have contacted them on Facebook twitter and sent 3 emails and every time i get ignored which is bad customer service. Im only waiting on a foundation and lip-balm but thats not the point i could be waiting on christmas presents im just glad they arrived with the first parcel. 

What makes matters worse is when i check my order it says complete and they have only given me one tracking number which was to the parcel thats already been delivered. 

It has really put me off ordering from the website again which sucks as i love makeup revolution products it has to be my favorite brand of makeup that isn't high end. I would not recommend their website at all and there customer service stinks !! I would like my parcel but its looking very unlikely so now i have to go out and hope that superdrug have the foundation i ordered in my shade which normally they dont  happen to have hence why i ordered from the website. 

If you take anything from this post then be very careful when you order and if something does not turn up then you will not get a response from them !! im shocked at there customer service as i keep saying.

Blogmas day 13- giving gift cards is it lazy ?

I received my first christmas present on Sunday and i know its bad but i opened it (i already knew what it was and wanted to spend it).

As you may have guessed it was a gift card. It was a one for all card like the one above but mine had a polar bear on.. These type of gift cards are the ones i like the most as your not limited to one store. I think giving gift cards if you dont know the person well is a good idea as no one wants to be stuck with something they didn't ask for or like and there is  always that horror if you do re-gift that you may forget who gave it you the first place and it ends up back to the original person. 

I used mine to purchase some things on boots (: 

I do think if you know the person really well then a gift card is a lazy present unless they have specifically asked for one.

Im one of the few that really likes gift cards as if people just give me money im like yeah i know excatly what im going to spend that on and then one day i forget my lunch for work and it ends up going on a meal deal and some very naughty dairy free treats and not the mascara that i really wanted. 

At the end of the day it is personal choice i really like them but obviously wouldn't want gift cards for every present as you'd know what you'd be getting and that would be no fun.

Blogmas day 12 - Least favorite thing about christmas

This has always been my least favorite thing about christmas and may always will be. 
Its the fact that christmas is a competition to a lot off people. 
Weather you compete with the neighbors with your outdoor christmas decorations until your house can be seen from space its that bright or your parents are divorced and they compete with who buys you more at christmas - my parents did this a lot when we were little and still do it to a extent now but not as much or maybe its yourself that isn't satisfied with what you get at christmas if you find out that someone got the latest iPhone and you only got the iPhone 6. 

I hate how the holiday that is all about giving has turned in to who can spend the most money and we are all guilty off that me included but its never going to stop and the shops dont help either with all the advertising that make you buy more with the deals that they run. 

Dont get me wrong im no way a scrooge i love christmas just hate how much its been commercialized. Im sorry that this post is a bit of a downer a funnier more upbeat one will be up tomorrow

Blogmas day 11- A Christening

Today i attended a christening with my mum for a family friend i saw my mum become a god mother and i finally got to see all the christmas trees in the church which made me feel all festive. Id like to post some pictures of the day that i took none will have people in as i have to respect that my family and friends might not want there pictures on my blog i hope you can all understand (: Some of them were taken on zoom as you will see as i felt a bit awkward being watched by the vicar taking the photos hurrah for social anxiety but they are still lovely photos that i know il like looking back on in months to come (:

Blogmas day 10- My christmas playlist

I love making playlists on spotify its the convenient way to put all my songs in to a organised fashion if you follow me on spotify then you will of seen how many playlists i have i think i have one for every occasion. I will be honest and say my christmas playlist has been played and played since September i know some of you reading this will be horrified that i was playing christmas music in September but i love it (: makes me feel all festive. In the pictures below you will see my favorite christmas songs and some that probably not classed as christmas songs but i say they are.

Ignore the all time low paused on the screen didn't want to lose the song i was listening to. As you can see from the first picture i do like my playlists and thats not even all of them on that photo im not as bad as some people i know but i defiantly have maybe 1 to many playlists. I also like teaming a emoji up with my playlist if i can find one that i like. Also do not judge me that i have the wombling merry christmas its actually a great song (:  If theirs any song that iv missed off thats on your christmas playlist please let me know.

Blogmas day 9 - Family Christmas Meal

Iv just got back from our annual family christmas meal. I love being able to see the female side of the family all in one place - My auntie was the one who decided that it was females only a while ago and i think it flows nicely as we all have fun and theirs no one making out in the corner lol. Our family christmas meal takes place every year at the Norton in Sheffield and they have just re done it which looks amazing but the pub was packed and i didn't feel comfortable whipping my camera out and having all eyes on me yey social anxiety. I only have pictures of my meal and the crackers but i wanted to do this blog post so i am lol.  

 Tried prosseco for the first time have to say dont get what all the hype is about i didnt like it at all.

 My starter was amazing (: it did have milk in but i just took one lactase tablet and i was fine (: id have the starter again. It did come with lettuce but my mum eyed that up and ate it. 

I wouldn't have the Christmas dinner from the Norton again i went large for a extra 1.50 and as my cousin said go large or go home. it was suppose to come with a Yorkshire pudding as you can it did not. I also asked for no carrots parsnips or sprouts it came with all 3 they did take the sprouts off but left the others which is annoying as if i had been allergic to either of them then i wouldn't off been able to eat my dinner at all due to cross contamination. The peas were hard and chewy and i dont know what was up with the pig in blanket but it didn't taste like any pigs in blankets iv ever eaten. The turkey looked like it could fly away if it wasn't held down with the roast potato. The roast potatoes were the best thing about it and even they were out of a frozen bag. Cant comment on the gravy as i didnt use it.Would not recommend to anyone.

There is no desert picture as with my lactase tablets i can only take 3 a day and used the other two with my main course which was wasted. All the deserts either had milk in or had cream or ice cream which is a big no no for me. 

All in all the night was a good night with lots of laughs and it was nice seeing the female side of my family id have the starter again 100% but not the main.

Blogmas day 8 - How iv Decorated the tree this year

We always have a colour theme for our tree as many people do it normally features red as thats my mums favorite colour. This year i have named the tree the grinch tree you will see why in the photos. The tree is the same tree we have had for years i love it. I dont really like the new ones as half the tree on the bottom seems to be missing on them. Ours is fibre optic another reason why i love it no messing about with lights i have enough trouble wrapping tinsel round never mind lights.

So without further ado this is this years tree (:

As you can see we went for a red and green theme which i think does look like the Grinch while hes in the santa suit does anyone else agree with me ? Also the this house believes sign didn't stay on the tree it was moved but the dog was eyeing it up so we put it on the tree to stop him from turning it in to a chew toy lol . How many of you are guilty of the last one ?? *Raises hand* im only doing four as i love primark and i would be here for months and im kinda on a spending ban right now due to christmas so trying not to look at primark to much the struggle is very real.

Blogmas Day Five - The christmas specials im looking forward to this year

Dr Who

Have to say not a huge fan of Dr Who now Peter Capaldi is the Doctor but its a tridition in our house to watch the christmas special while eating apple crumble and thats the bit im most looking forward to. According to the Radio-times website Dr Who will be on at 5:45 Christmas Day on BBC 1.

Still open all hours

I love open all hours - i wasn't born while it was on but thanks to places like YouTube and gold on sky i get to watch it i stumbled across it 2 years ago i think i fell in love with it and love having it on in the background while im doing stuff and i love the remake they haven't changed anything which i love and it has auntie Mabel in from come outside and Del boy from only fools and horses aka Lynda baron and David Jason. According to the Radio-Times Website Still Open All Hours will be on at 8:30 on boxing day on BBC1.

Birds of a Feather

As with open all hours i wasn't around when birds of a feather started but watched the revival when it came back its very tongue and cheek and i haven't watched the older episodes just the new ones but the christmas special this year looks really funny. According to the Radio-times Website Birds of a feather will be on at 8pm Christmas Eve on ITV.





The Great Christmas Bake Off

Im really looking forward to this as it will be the last ever bake off as we know it i mean sure il watch the first episode of the new one but i dont think il like it so i will be cherishing this bake off knowing full well when its over that is it which is really sad ): According to Radio-times Bake off will air 4:45 Pm on christmas day on BBC1 with part two following on boxing day at 7pm.

Mrs Browns Boys

Its like marmite you either love it or hate it. I was one of them who hated it until one night nothing else was on and i really wasn't paying attention and left it on and found myself laughing along with it. Some parts are very predictable which does annoy me but others your laughing your socks off at.According to Radio-times Mrs Browns Boys will be on at 10:30 Christmas Day on BBC1.


Blankety Blank

I love Lilly Savages version of Blankety Blank i love watching it on challenge its really funny. I was really excited to hear that it was coming back but disappointed to find out that it wasn't Paul ogrady doing it but i love David Walliams i just hope he doesn't ruin it. According to Radio Times Blankety Blank will be on at 6:30 Christmas eve on ITV.

For the love of dogs

This show just makes me want to adopt all the cats and dogs even though they dont show many cats. I haven't got a time or day for when this will be on yet but its normally on christmas day check back with me when radio times goes on sale and i will of updated this and il put a link on twitter as well (:
